《后来》开机仪式在南京江宁经济开发区的凤凰港白家湖美食广场如期举行。出席本次开机仪式的除了《后来》主创团队及主演团队，还有来至全国各地电视台的嘉宾及新闻界的媒体朋友，现场非常热闹。
尽管天气很热，但是媒体朋友们不怕热，跟踪采访紧追不舍，导演张友龄、主演陈司翰、胡可、郭凯敏成了媒体追踪的焦点。开机仪式持续了近两个时辰。
