2.在放置SLIM.TIFF的文件夹下放置几张照片，帖中有人放了5张另外的，也有人放了7张，要注意SLIM.TIFF要让PSP显示在最底下。3.系统语言为英语或德语，貌似西班牙语也可以
4.PSP菜单进入照片查看时，让其他图片的缩略图都显示出来（不要显示那个SLIM.TIFF的）,并且不断的上下移动那些缩略图，注意不要移动太多而让SLIM.TIFF缩略图显示出来，没多久，就可以看到HW
注意:×需要一个干净的启动，启动以后不要用浏览器和听MP3什么的（08：31分说明，这条不一定，有人说要这样，有人说不要） 没成功要多试几次据说成功率很高，有人甚至说100%！ BTW:我一晚上都在刷新DA论坛的官方讨论贴和MATIAZ发布漏洞POC的帖子。 每过几分种就有一些进展，这种抽丝剥茧的感觉，很爽啊～ UPDATE:

This is exciting news
Seeing the posts in this thread and other thread on various sites, here's what I think:
your PSP RAM needs to be in a "good" state to activate the hack.
If it doesn't work for you, you have to change the state of your RAM. To do that, people use various tricks, and what works on one PSP might not work on other PSPS. Things such as: changing the language, installing a new firmware, resetting your PSP parameters, pluging-in the usb, scrolling through the thumbnails, copying some file through USB, etc... might all have a positive impact for the hack.
I believe this is still pretty random and there is no "100% sure" technique to activate the hack, although it's good to try what other people have successfully done

我相信这是随机的,这里面不存在100%的技术把握来使漏洞运行,但是大家大量的尝试已经成功的做到了这一点.

Ok, I haven’t tested it myself yet, but a trusted source confirmed that Matiaz’s tiff exploit for the slim works on all slim models, including ta88v03 and the psp3000.
Here the email I got a few hours ago from Noob81:
Yep… just tested it… code is running on my psp 3000! p2s2p showed us a way to get it working! Too hard to explain here… got to DAX forums! (oh yeah, you have to upgrade to 5.02 though.) there is a video there also.

Now, I wouldn’t trust that kind of claim without testing it myself first, but I definitely trust Noob81, and seeing everyone started confirming it over at DAX’s forum, this is real, and I’ll try to confirm it with my eyes on my own model tonight.
Now, it seems the exploit works way better on recent firmwares, namely 5.02 and 5.03 (actually, nobody’s managed to have it run on 4.xx). But unless you’re a developer, don’t stupidly upgrade until this whole thing is actually useful for you as a user!!! Especially, if you upgrade, take responsibility for it, and don’t blame other people for your own mistakes.
If/When it is useful to really upgrade, big PSP news sites will let you know, until then, this is still work in progress.
To continue with the good news, Davee confirmed on MForMature’s forums that he is working on a Kernel Exploit which will probably become the key to a HEN on new firmwares. Let’s stay calm, it’s not done yet, anything could happen, but so far, all of this is looking very promising

现在，也许我不会相信那些言论直到我自己亲身测试，但是我绝对相信NOOB81，看到这么多人在DAX的论坛一再证实，这个应该是千真万确的了。我也会在晚些时候亲自测试一下。
看起来现在这个漏洞在最新的系统版本上能够更容易得到实现，像是5.02和5.03(实际上，也没有人尝试想要在4.XX上运行它)。但是，除非你是一个程序员，否则在整件事情对广大使用者开朗之前不要盲目升级！否则，你要对自己的升级行为负责，不要因为你自己的失误埋怨别人。
如果真的是时候升级PSP了，那些PSP的讯息网站(比如多玩~哈)会让你第一时间知道的。而再此之前，一切都还在研发中。
这里还有更多好消息，Davee已经在Matiaz的论坛确认他能够运行一个进入核心模式的漏洞，这个很可能成为制作自制程序的关键。让我们保持冷静，这都还没完成，任何事情都有可能发生，但是目前看来，未来一片光明~！

Hey Im DaRKcLoUD-X, and ive got my psp 3001 (yes 3001 ) set up to activate the exploit everytime 100%. Its pretty awesome now I'm just waiting for some homebrew apps hehe. I was just fooling around with some files and presto! I got perfection. So yes I can confirm that it displays the eggsploit message. I wonder what specific conditions have to be met for it to activate properly? So i have my pics set up under E:/PSP/PHOTO. To make this work I just made a bunch of empty .txt files and renamed them. 4 text files seems to be the sweet spot, i suppose you could do more or less but i suggest that you try 4 or 5 to start.
So I got my 4 empty text files:
1.txt
2.txt
3.txt
4.txt
What I did with the text files is renamed them as:
slima.tif
slimb.tif
slimc.tif
slimd.tif
I then placed those in under PSP/PHOTO/
After this i created a folder under PSP/PHOTO, and named it Z.
Then, I took the slim.tif (the exploit one) and placed it in the Z folder.
So it is set up like this
"PSP/PHOTO/Z/slim.tif"
"PSP/PHOTO/slima.tif"
"PSP/PHOTO/slimb.tif"
"PSP/PHOTO/slimc.tif"
"PSP/PHOTO/slimd.tif"
So yeah, try it out it seems to work wonders for me I don't know if renaming the files to have a .tif extention makes a difference but hey it doesn't really matter cause it works. Some of you guys will be happy, no more scrolling back and forth hehehe.
EDIT: Oh, by the way I have Official Firmware 5.02

You shouldn't upgrade unless you plan to do something with this hello world. In other words, unless you're a developer, you should wait, for your own good (what if a better hack is found on firmware 4.20 in 2 days ?)
